He is also a Tai Ch'i Ch'uan and Ch'an meditation instructor. Eduardo lives in Brazil. According to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) all diseases begin with a disharmony on Ch’i, which we can translate as energy or consciousness. This disharmony is caused by our way of perceiving life, according to the implicit memories (unconsciousness) that we have recorded in our memory matrix. Good and bad moments, including traumas, are registered in our unconsciousness as stronger as the intensity of emotions we experience. These implicit memories are triggered by our senses during our daily life when our brain “understands” that the current situation is similar to the original event registered and so our nervous system discharges the same sensations, emotions, reactions and symptoms. In TCM, the way we see and perceive life, including ourselves, and react to this perception is our personality. It is possible to expand our personality to new possibilities by bringing to our consciousness our automatic reactions and body-mind imbalances. This is Integrative Therapy. As a result of this awareness, people experience relief of symptoms, energy (Ch’i) destagnation, integration with the flow of possibilities, emotional balance, and feel the energy to act without procrastinating. All of this creates the opening for healing.
