The main approach the dialogue takes is that of recognizing our original nature as health and wholeness. From there, we explore the body as the extension of the mind, and explore activating the Four Engines of Nutrition, Movement, Connection, and Rest as ways of influencing the mind-body system. Please note there is a $50 charge for rescheduling and canceling meetings. Meetings can be canceled up to 48 hours prior to the meeting for a $50 charge. There is no refund for a cancellation made within 48 hours of the meeting, and there are no refunds given once a meeting has started.
