After a near-death-like experience in medical school, Dr. Kumar realized our current system does not know what "health" truly means and began to integrate a deeper understanding of consciousness with existing medical knowledge. He helps people experience this by activating their Four Engines and applying Mind-Body-Flow Theory, which he offers through his flagship 28-Day Jumpstart course, a gateway to healing on many levels.

An alumna of the prestigious Oberoi Center for Learning and Development (OCLD) and the industry-leading The Oberoi Group, she was also Director of Fortis Women's Hospital in Bangalore, where she operationalized the hospital from construction to full service delivery. Sreesha's intense, esoteric experiences that followed her father's passing led her to go beyond the narratives her science-based education had offered, leading her to join Dr. Kumar in giving rise to Health Revolution.

Sreesha's experience seeing the emotions and helplessness of people
admitted to the hospital led her to question certain facets of healthcare. In addition, after her father passed on, intense and meaningful esoteric experiences for which there were no explanations in science books led her to explore the fullness and boundaries of the human experience, which resulted in more questions about the nature of reality cropping up in her mind. These questions gained shape and purpose when she connected with Dr. Kumar. Her sincere desire to make this knowledge and experience of deep meaning and joy available to everyone led her to join Dr. Kumar in giving rise to Health Revolution.

Sreesha enjoys spending time in nature, reading, and the challenge of creating and scaling companies that serve people.
